Overview

As part of my role as Apomeds (- an online pharmacy) Design lead, I was tasked with creating Remarketing Emails for ED (Viagra etc) and Weight loss injection customers

The Problem

As of the start of the project, Apomeds did not have a re-marketing flow o funnel that was specifically targeted for ED or WL customers, so we had to create it from nothing much, the absence of it was our problem and a missed opportunity, since we wanted to save time and resources we opted for a made Template that was available in Active Campaign system.

Create images that will work with copy in a compelling way
Work with the limitations of set system template
Consider Dark mode in the design creation
Navigate tight timetable
Increase the rate of returning costumers via Email remarketing
Execution
After a series of brainstorming sessions and a few rounds of correction with managment and the legal team, we finalised the final creative images and created the design in the system

Results
Overall 5% increase in  returning costumers revenue
increase of 20% in click rate compared to our old generic  re-marking emails
Increase of 2% in OTC purchases
